Two people. There must a permanent Convention Chairman and a permanent Convention Secretary.2. One person. One person can perform all of the duties required to complete the convention business.3. One percent of Republican voters. The number depends on the number of Republican voters in that precinct. If there are fewer than 100 Republican voters in a precinct, then no Precinct Convention can take place.4. Regardless of how many Republicans appear for the convention, it cannot proceed unless at least one Democrat voter is in attendance.Vote
